Job summary

Mizuho Financial Group, Inc. is seeking a Treasury Senior Solutions Architect to define, manage, and deliver strategic Treasury and Cash Management capabilities across the bank’s Treasury ecosystem.

This role acts as a primary liaison among Treasury Operations, Front Office, Finance, Risk, and Technology to ensure platforms support regulatory, liquidity, and cash management needs. The candidate will own the technology roadmap and end-to-end delivery of initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Treasury, Liquidity, Cash Management, or related tech leadership.
• Experience leading program roadmaps, backlogs, and strategic initiatives.
• Strong collaboration with senior stakeholders across Treasury, Finance, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead treasury technology strategy and backlogs to deliver modernization initiatives.
• Own product backlog and prioritize initiatives by business value, risk, and regulatory needs.
• Guide solution design, data models, and governance across project lifecycles.
• Mentor teams and govern data architecture, security, and auditability.
• Communicate progress and risks to executive leaders and steering committees.
