IEEE in Piscataway, NJ seeks a Treasury Finance Associate to support the Concentration Banking Program and overall financial operations. The role combines customer service to IEEE Volunteers with banking and accounting tasks, reporting to Treasury Operations, and offers a hybrid schedule with three days in the IEEE Operations Center.

Responsibilities include account setup, signer changes, monthly wire processing, and monthly metrics, while ensuring data accuracy and timely responses to inquiries

Formación

• 2-4 years in a Customer Service environment preferred
• 2-4 years in an office environment providing administrative support preferred
• Very organized with strong analytical skills and focus on accuracy/timeliness
• Attention to detail and meeting deadlines and metrics required

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative support for Concentration Banking Program (account setup, signer changes, opening letters, supply orders, system setup and maintenance)
• Close accounts monthly and update ConAccount, Oracle, listserv, and CB treasurer
• Maintain Concentration Banking email logs, databases, and research integration options
• Respond to volunteer inquiries promptly
• Process checks and wire batches; handle void requests and stop payments from Accounts Payable
• Provide monthly metrics for Concentration Banking and the Investment Fund
• Document processes and procedures for the position
• Review CB cardholders' authorization with Strategic Sourcing and ensure dated files are managed
