Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a senior Treasury professional to lead supplier payments, maximize working capital, and ensure accuracy and timeliness across Treasury operations.

The role requires directing a team, coordinating with Accounts Payable and external partners, and implementing controls in line with policy guidelines. Hybrid work includes in-person collaboration at core locations in Carlisle, PA and Salisbury, NC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance or accounting.
• Experience leading teams and driving financial process improvements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop staff to maximize performance and timely delivery of Treasury operations.
• Oversee supplier payments, scheduling, and issue resolution in SAP and with external partners.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable, VMO/VMDM, and other finance teams to ensure accurate vendor setup and timely payments.
• Drive process improvements to mitigate payment failures and optimize working capital.
• Maintain internal controls and adherence to service level agreements and policy guidelines.
