Interstate Batteries seeks a Treasury Operations Manager to lead day-to-day treasury activities, cash management, and liquidity forecasting for the IB enterprise.

You will partner with banking partners and internal teams to optimize cash, debt, and banking services, while ensuring robust controls and reporting. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in treasury, with strong analytical skills and SAP/treasury systems experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
• 5+ years of corporate treasury experience required.
• Solid financial and cash/liquidity management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook; experience with SAP, bank portals, and treasury management systems is desirable.

Mansioni

• Daily cash management for the enterprise and revolver; process account funding, intercompany transfers, wires, ACH, and other bank transactions.
• Manage debt and liquidity, including debt paydown, revolver draws and covenants compliance.
• Own flow forecasting and collaborate with Corporate Finance and Accounting on inputs and assumptions.
• Open/close and maintain company bank accounts, corporate resolutions, and related banking documentation.
• Oversee corporate card program terms, issuer relationship, and renewal decisions.
• Produce weekly, monthly, and annual cash management reports.
• Evaluate treasury initiatives and banking products (e.g., hedging).
• Serve as primary Treasury contact for internal partners and banking partners.
• Monitor fraud-prevention controls and maintain treasury procedures and internal controls.
• Identify opportunities to improve cash generation and working capital.
• Provide treasury inputs to Financial planning and analysis for balance sheet and cash flow.
• Create ad hoc financial analyses for Finance leadership.
