Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large, detailed data sets.
• Self-directed with strong follow-through on assigned work.
• Clear, effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Work with large, detailed data sets in Excel to support daily cash positioning, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on cash position and cash forecasting.
• Reconcile cash-related accounts and journal entries to meet month-end close deadlines.
• Help monitor the warehouse lines used to fund closings, gaining exposure to how treasury connects with capital markets.
• Assist with intercompany settlements and transactions.
• Support internal and external audits by providing information and monitoring cash management activity for compliance.
• Maintain and validate settlement instructions.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on bank fees.
• Partner with other Finance teams on quarter-end close and ad-hoc requests.
• Contribute to process-improvement projects, bringing fresh ideas to how the team's day-to-day work gets done.
