Job summary

UKG is seeking a Treasury Operations Analyst I to support daily treasury services, including cash management, reconciliation, and operational cash movements. You will report to the Treasury Operations Manager and handle bank portals, ACH/wire transactions, and audit duties.

The role requires 1–3 years in treasury/banking/reconciliation and strong Excel/Office skills, with a preference for payroll-related payments experience. Base pay ranges from $46,900 to $67,400 with bonus/RSU potential.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of treasury, banking, or reconciliation experience in a similar business.
  • Experience within a payroll/benefits processing organization or other payments services industry that handles client funds preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and drives to dig into complex research and analysis.
  • Proficiency at the intermediate level using spreadsheet, database, and graphics applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Reconcile cleared checks within the Ready system.
  • Review and decide on Positive Pay items within bank portals.
  • Manage rejected payroll ACH transactions to ensure client funds collection.
  • Handle the Treasury Salesforce queue: stop payments, trace number requests, fraud cases, and general treasury questions.
  • Manage quarterly stale dated check process and return funds to uncashed checks.
  • Initiate manual ACH and wire transactions on bank portals.
  • Authenticate and release Funding Teams ACH files at banks.
  • Bank administration and quarterly bank portal audits.
  • Participate in treasury services implementations and UKGPS initiatives.

Treasury Operations Analyst I

The Treasury Operations Analyst I supports the UKG Payroll Services (UKGPS) business, reporting directly to the Treasury Operations Manager. This role is responsible for daily treasury services and activities, including cash management, reconciliation, and operational cash movements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reconcile the cleared checks within the Ready system.
  • Review and make decisions on Positive Pay items within the bank portals.
  • Manage the rejected payroll ACH transactions to ensure successful collection of client funds.

The pay range for this position is $46,900 to $67,400. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus plan and to receive restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
