Stock Yards Bancorp, Inc. in Louisville, KY is hiring a Treasury Operations Analyst to support Treasury Management Officers, Relationship Officers and external Treasury customers.

The role sits in the Deposit Operations department with standard hours Monday–Friday and occasional after-hours during rotation. The candidate will install, train and provide technical support for Treasury products, manage client data, and assist in testing and implementation of new software and processes.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in business/finance or banking experience acceptable in lieu of degree.
• Knowledge of treasury management products and services preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office; especially Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide WOW service to internal and external customers with urgency and care.
• Maintain relationships with client base and other departments to improve performance.
• Respond promptly to customer requests via phone, in person, or online.
• Install, train, and provide technical support for Treasury products and services.
• Assist with product installations/implementations and system upgrades.
• Support audits and compliance within Treasury Management.
• Train account officers and team members on new systems.
• Monitor risk limit documentation and maintain customer data accuracy.

Job Title: Treasury Operations Analyst

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Department: Deposit Operations

Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (9:00am – 6:00pm for 1 week within a 6-week rotation)

General Job Summary:

Perform product and service support to Treasury Management Officers, Relationship Officers and external Treasury Management customers.

Organizational Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supports the mission, vision and philosophy of the Bank. Complies willingly with all organizational policies and procedures.
• Supports all functions that maintain compliance with regulatory agencies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide WOW service to both internal and external customers with a sense of urgency and sensitivity to customer issues
• Maintain relationships with client base and other internal departments to improve business performance
• Respond promptly to all customer requests via phone, face-to-face or via online channels
• Take ownership of customer issues and follow-up on outstanding requests and elevate issues when necessary
• Install, train and provide technical and mechanical support for all Treasury products and services for new and existing customers
• Order equipment and monitor invoicing of equipment
• Maintain all aspects of the customer data base, to include exposure limits and renewal dates
• Prepare department documents for imaging. Acquire, retain and translate product knowledge, to include software and equipment enhancements to both internal and external customers
• Follow established policies and procedures in the set-up and maintenance of all Treasury Management products and services within the department
• Support the processes to ensure all Treasury Management Support audits meet or exceed requirements
• Participate in the testing and implementation of new products, services, software and hardware
• Maintain working knowledge of all Treasury Management systems. Assist with training to other team members and customers as needed
• Assist in the training to account officers as needed on new systems, upgrades to existing systems and internal processes
• Perform duties to monitor and assist with risk limit documentation requirements
• Assist with product installation/implementations using phone, PC and on-site visits as needed.
• Assist with the writing and annual review of job procedure manual
• Occasional customer site visits
• Any additional duties assigned by supervisor as the need arises

Working Conditions: Primarily involves working internally; however may require on-site visits for customer support, training and software/hardware installations

Education: BS/BA in business/finance or equivalent banking experience with High School/GED education

Experience: 3 years banking experience with knowledge of treasury management products and services preferred
