Bank of Colorado is seeking a seasoned Treasury Management Sales professional to develop, support, and promote treasury products for corporate and retail clients. The role includes assisting branch teams, supervising when needed, and driving growth across markets.

Candidates should have extensive experience in bank cash management, knowledge of treasury software, and the ability to travel between branches to meet clients and prospects. A strong sales and service culture is essential for success.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent work experience; college degree preferred.
  • Five or more years of bank and cash management experience with sales preferred.
  • Knowledge of treasury management products, sales, and compliance.
  • Knowledge of management practices and principles.
  • Ability to travel.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
  • Manages merchant portfolio, merchant set-ups, and merchant application pricing. Overseess growth and success.
  • Markets and coordinates treasury management products as defined by Executive Management.
  • Assists with the research, development, and implementation of treasury management products and services.
  • Assists commercial loan officers with new client prospects.
  • Responsible for department budget, setting goals and objectives.
  • Travels between branches and to meet customers.
  • If applicable, supervise treasury management assistant.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
  • Knowledge of treasury management products, sales, and compliance.
  • Knowledge of management practices and principles.
  • Knowledge of ITI system, Word, Excel, and treasury management software.
  • Skill in communicating and coordinating activities with management, customers, coworkers, and vendors. Communication must be timely and strong.
  • Ability to develop a strong sales and service-based culture.
  • Ability to research and develop new products and techniques.
  • Ability to travel.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • High School diploma or equivalent work experience, college degree preferred.
  • Five or more years of bank and cash management experience with sales preferred.
