Job summary

WPP Media Limited is seeking a Treasury Manager to lead treasury operations across the US and Canada within a fast‑paced FTSE‑listed group. You will own cash flow forecasting, liquidity governance and working capital optimization while collaborating with the London Group Treasury team.

You’ll manage two direct reports, oversee Shared Services interfaces (AP/AR/payments), and drive treasury controls and reporting improvements. A professional treasury qualification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Significant treasury experience within a large multinational corporate environment.
• Strong cash management and liquidity expertise with forecasting and working capital skills.
• Experience with Shared Service Centre activities (AP/AR/payments).
• FX risk management knowledge and policy compliance.
• Commercial mindset and ability to translate treasury activity into business outcomes.
• Proven leadership to coach and manage high‑performing teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior finance partners.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capabilities.
• Awareness of risk controls and governance in treasury operations.
• Professional treasury or accounting qualification preferred (ACT, CTP).

Responsibilities

• Lead treasury operations across US and Canada, including cash management and liquidity governance.
• Own regional cash flow forecasting and improve accuracy and visibility.
• Drive working capital performance and cash conversion optimization.
• Manage regional FX exposure, hedging and policy compliance.
• Optimise surplus cash through investments while balancing risk and return.
• Collaborate with Shared Services (AP/AR/payments) to improve treasury processes.
• Lead banking relationships, account structures and KYC requirements.
• Ensure robust controls, governance, and audit readiness.
• Develop the treasury team and foster a high‑performing culture.
• Drive continuous improvement for reporting and cash visibility.
