Responsibilities

• Own the tax provision and the footnotes that explain it.
• Own the manager sign-off on journal entries above the threshold.
• File quarterly sales-and-use tax across every CA jurisdiction we touch.
• Build the $110,000 - $161,000 budget line and defend each assumption behind it.
• Reconcile bank and balance-sheet accounts down to the last cent.
• Analyze financial data using ACA to surface trends and risks.
• Watch DSO and DPO together, not as isolated numbers.
