Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with at least two years in treasury or cash management.
• Experience managing payment processes, bank reconciliations, and internal controls using ERP systems and Excel.
• Familiarity with foreign-currency payments and journal entries.
• Experience in multi-entity or international organizations is a plus.
• Knowledge of online banking platforms and banking fraud prevention tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute diverse domestic and international payments (wires, ACH, checks) with approvals.
• Retrieve daily bank balances and transaction activity; record cash movements.
• Maintain bank accounts records, signer documentation, and user-access listings.
• Support month-end close, audits, and intercompany transfers with complete documentation.
• Identify opportunities to standardize, automate, and strengthen treasury controls.
