• Shepherd the year-end audit from PBC list to signed opinion.
• Stress-test the annual budget against three demand scenarios.
• Convert a messy chart of accounts into something readable.
• Reconcile the loan amortization schedule with lender statements.
• Build the SAP model to retire the manual workbook.
• Turn quarter-end into the calmest week of the finance cycle.
