Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Treasury Manager to oversee daily treasury operations, cash management, forecasting, banking administration, debt compliance, and related reporting.

You will partner with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and external banks to optimize cash resources and ensure compliance with policies. The role requires leadership of treasury staff, strong Excel and financial systems skills, and the ability to drive improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a finance-related field and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong skills in cash management, forecasting, and treasury reporting.
• Proven leadership, communication, and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead treasury staff and oversee daily cash positioning and liquidity.
• Manage banking relations, signatory controls, and treasury systems.
• Prepare treasury and investment reporting to support budgeting and month-end close.
• Monitor debt, interest payments, covenants, and lender reporting.
• Identify risks and implement process improvements to treasury operations.
