Job summary

Alto-Shaam, Inc. is seeking a Treasury Manager to lead day-to-day treasury operations, including cash positioning, bank reconciliations, wire and ACH processing, and AR cash application, under the direction of the Corporate Controller.

The role collaborates with the CFO and Controller on banking, debt, and foreign exchange matters, ensuring accurate, timely cash operations across all entities with strong controls and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3–5 years of treasury, cash management, or accounting experience.
• Experience with bank reconciliations and dual-control payments.
• Proficiency with ERP and banking platforms (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite) and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Own daily treasury operations including cash positioning, reconciliations, wire/ACH processing, and AR cash application.
• Collaborate with CFO and Controller on banking, debt, and foreign exchange matters and maintain controls.
• Support month-end close, interest accrual, and debt schedule updates.
• Oversee AP cash disbursements, lockbox, and payment processing.
• Assist with treasury systems, policies, and audits.
