Job summary

Qualcomm Incorporated, based in San Diego, is seeking a Treasury Manager – Capital Markets to lead core capital markets workstreams and own the company’s investment portfolio strategy. You will partner with senior Treasury leadership on financing, derivatives, liquidity, market intelligence, and executive-level decision support.

The role requires strong judgment, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to translate complex market analyses into practical recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Corporate Treasury, Investments, Capital Markets, Banking, Asset Management, or Corporate Finance.
• Advanced financial modeling, market data interpretation, portfolio analytics, scenario analysis, and recommendation development skills.
• Experience applying AI, workflow automation, analytics, and data platforms (e.g., agents, Copilot, n8n, Databricks, dashboarding solutions) to improve Treasury efficiency, controls, reporting, forecasting, and decision-making processes.
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to senior and non-technical audiences and make persuasive recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution, documentation, controls, reporting, and post-trade oversight for FX and interest rate derivatives.
• Analyze FX, rates, liquidity, and portfolio risks; quantify sensitivities and recommend actions for leadership consideration.
• Provide analysis of credit markets, interest rates, bank capacity, and funding conditions to support capital allocation and financing decisions.
• Own investment portfolio strategy and execution, including cash deployment, liquidity segmentation, and yield analysis.
• Lead cross-functional projects with Tax, Legal, Accounting, FP&A, and banks; drive process improvements and scalable reporting.
