Position: Treasury Manager

The Treasury Manager will be responsible for maintaining stewardship of financial assets and debt, including leadership of cash and cash equivalent management, debt management, and investment functions. The role ensures the maintenance of corporate liquidity and financial stability, developing strategies, policies, and budgets related to treasury activities.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Developing and revising financial policies for capital structure, working capital, treasury operations, foreign exchange, interest rate risk management, and insurance risk management.
2. Managing capital markets activities, borrowing, investing, foreign exchange, and financial risk management initiatives.
3. Supervising internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure fiscal integrity.
4. Collaborating with teams to minimize financial risks and optimize treasury operations.
5. Managing banking relationships and driving treasury-specific projects.
6. Providing cash flow forecasts, managing cash balances, and reporting to management.
7. Overseeing international cash balances, corporate card operations, and related party debt facilities.
8. Supporting month-end closing activities and reconciling accounts.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
2. 5-8 years of experience in a similar role, with strong treasury management expertise including FX, liquidity, and financial instruments.
3. Analytical skills with high attention to detail and the ability to work independently in an unstructured environment.
4. Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools.

Nice to Have:

1. Experience with PSPs and the social casino/sweepstakes industry.
2. Startup experience, particularly in technology sectors.
3. Knowledge of Netsuite is a plus.
