As the Treasury Manager, reporting to the Head of Treasury cashflow forecasting, you will oversee and optimize our financial resources. Collaborating with teams across Tax, Accounting, FP&A, Sales Finance, M&A Finance, Investor Relations, Payroll, AP, AR, and Stock Admin, you will gain valuable experience impacting executive decision-making.
This position can be based in any of our west coast offices or remotely within the Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zones.
Responsibilities
- Free Cash Flow Modeling: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of sophisticated free cash flow models to forecast future cash flows, incorporating detailed assumptions, scenario analyses, and sensitivity testing.
- Modeling Skills: Utilize advanced modeling techniques to analyze historical financial data, identify trends, and forecast key performance indicators related to cash flow generation, working capital management, and capital expenditures.
- Cash Flow Forecasting and Optimization: Drive reporting and forecasting process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness. Stay informed on industry best practices and technological advancements to promote continuous improvement.
- Optimize Working Capital: Collaborate with operational stakeholders on working capital optimization projects.
- Provide Strategic Insights: Offer insights on liquidity, capital management, and allocation. Participate in strategic planning to align treasury activities with corporate goals and support key initiatives.
- Implement Analytical Tools: Lead the design and implementation of analytical tools, dashboards, and technologies for real-time data and executive decision support. Develop KPIs for tracking and measurement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various stakeholders to gather data, validate assumptions, and incorporate insights into financial models and analysis.
- Reporting and Presentation: Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Mentorship and Development: Mentor a senior treasury analyst, guiding best practices in financial modeling and analysis.
- Ad-Hoc Treasury Projects: Undertake special projects and presentations as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in accounting, finance, or related field; MBA, CFA, Master of Finance, or CTP is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in finance or business, with a strong understanding of treasury functions and subscription-based models.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Anaplan, Integrity FIS, SAP S4.
- Exceptional forecasting and financial modeling skills, with knowledge of best practices.
- Working knowledge of GAAP accounting and systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic, integrity, enthusiasm, and proactive approach.
- Attention to detail, project management skills, and ability to multitask.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Salary Transparency
Our competitive compensation includes a starting base salary typically between $112,600 and $182,050, depending on experience and location. We also provide annual bonuses, stock grants, and benefits.
