Salary Mid-Point: $160,000 | Location: Pittsburgh, PA | Job Type: Permanent | IFG Pittsburgh is actively recruiting a Treasury Manager responsible for corporate wide cash management, liquidity, and working capital optimization by executing cash strategies, overseeing daily cash positioning and forecasting, and optimizing payment processes to maximize liquidity and minimize idle cash. The Treasury Manager will also drive robust working capital and cash flow reporting, owning KPIs, and variance analysis, partner with finance to manage capital structure activities, including debt issuance, refinancing, repayments, and evaluation of financing options for capital projects and acquisitions.
Responsibilities of the Treasury Manager
- Lead enterprise cash, liquidity, and working capital management, including daily cash positioning, forecasting, investments, and payment optimization.
- Own cash flow and working capital reporting, KPIs, and variance analysis.
- Partner with finance on capital structure activities, including debt issuance, refinancing, repayment, and project/acquisition financing.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks across currency, interest rate, credit, and operations.
- Maintain and optimize banking relationships, ensuring cost?effective services and oversight of bank fees.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness through accurate reporting and coordination with internal and external auditors.
- Contribute to corporate strategy and financial planning while leading treasury system implementations and cross?functional initiatives.
Qualifications of the Treasury Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- CPA and/or MBA preferred, not required.
- Minimum ofeight (8) yearsof experience in management roles supervising a team.
- Experience must include cash management, financial planning, project management, data analysis, vendor management, and capital funding.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
