Job summary

The Talance Group in Texas is seeking a Treasury Manager to own and optimize the company's cash flow forecasting, treasury operations, and related financial processes. You will lead treasury activities, support acquisitions, manage debt facilities, and strengthen banking relationships as the company grows through organic and strategic acquisitions.

This role offers ownership, a collaborative culture, and a path to influence cash flow forecasting in a fast-growing PE-backed environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of treasury, accounting, or finance experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and ownership of processes.
• CPA or CTP certification is a plus.
