Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive treasury, banking, or related finance experience in a multinational environment.
• Expertise in cash management, forecasting, banking, cross-border funding, FX risk, and internal controls.
• Experience leading treasury transformation, banking consolidation, or similar initiatives.
• Strong project management, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Reporting to the Vice President of Accounting, the Treasury Manager will lead the design and execution of FORTÉ’s global treasury operating model. Key priorities include improving cash visibility, strengthening banking and payment controls, ensuring debt compliance, enhancing cash forecasting, rationalizing bank accounts, and integrating international operations. The role will drive global banking consolidation, liquidity and risk management, cross-border funding, treasury governance, and treasury transformation initiatives while partnering closely with Accounting, Finance, Tax, Legal, IT, and regional leaders.

Immediate Priorities

• Improve global cash visibility and liquidity management.
• Strengthen cash, payment, banking, and fraud-prevention controls.
• Manage debt administration, covenant compliance, and reporting.
• Build and enhance cash forecasting and forecast accuracy.
• Lead bank account rationalization and global banking integration.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive treasury, banking, or related finance experience in a multinational environment.
• Expertise in cash management, forecasting, banking, cross-border funding, FX risk, and internal controls.
• Experience leading treasury transformation, banking consolidation, or similar initiatives.
• Strong project management, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• CTP, CPA, CFA, or related credential.
• Advanced knowledge of treasury systems, cash pooling, hedging, and global banking operations.
• Experience with international acquisitions, integrations, and cross-border treasury structures.
