Job summary

Prinova is seeking a Treasury Manager to oversee treasury operations, cash management, banking relationships, financing activities, and liquidity planning. You will lead cash forecasting, debt administration, and treasury systems while partnering with accounting, finance, and operations teams.

You will develop cash flow forecasts, manage banking platforms, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. This role reports to Finance, Corporate and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field required.
  • Master's degree or advanced finance certification preferred.
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), CFA, or CPA preferred.
  • 5-8+ years of progressive experience in corporate treasury, cash management, banking, or related financial roles.
  • Experience managing banking relationships and treasury management systems.
  • Experience with cash forecasting, liquidity management, and working capital optimization.
  • Experience administering debt facilities, loan agreements, and lender communications.
  • Experience managing insurance programs and financial risk-related activities preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage corporate loan facilities including domestic and international financing arrangements.
  • Monitor loan compliance and lender reporting obligations.
  • Serve as primary contact for banking partners and financial institutions.
  • Negotiate banking services, fees, and treasury management solutions.
  • Establish and administer bank accounts, signatory authorities, and platforms.
  • Manage treasury management systems and related banking technologies.
  • Monitor daily cash balances across US company accounts.
  • Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts (short/long-term).
  • Analyze cash inflows/outflows to optimize liquidity and working capital.
  • Identify cash shortages or excess cash and recommend actions.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning via cash flow analysis.
  • Oversee payment setup processes (wire transfers, ACH).
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of payments.
  • Administer corporate insurance programs (renewals, broker relations).
  • Manage corporate travel and expense platforms (Motus, Navan).
  • Oversee company credit card programs (issuance, controls).
  • Develop treasury policies, internal controls and procedures.
  • Partner with internal/external auditors.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, banking agreements, regulatory requirements.

Treasury Manager

Summary:

The Treasury Manager is responsible for managing the company's treasury operations, cash management, banking relationships, financing activities, and liquidity planning. This role ensures that adequate cash resources are available to support business operations while optimizing working capital and mitigating financial risk. The Treasury Manager will oversee cash forecasting, debt administration, banking systems, payment processes, insurance administration, and corporate travel and expense platforms while partnering closely with accounting, finance, and operational teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:
  • Manage and administer all corporate loan facilities, including domestic and international financing arrangements.
  • Monitor loan compliance requirements and maintain lender reporting obligations as applicable
  • Serve as the primary contact for banking partners and financial institutions.
  • Negotiate banking services, fees, and treasury management solutions as applicable
  • Establish, maintain, and administer bank accounts, signatory authorities, and banking platforms.
  • Manage treasury management systems and related banking technologies.
  • Monitor daily cash balances across all US company accounts.
  • Develop and maintain short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts.
  • Analyze cash inflows and outflows to optimize liquidity and working capital.
  • Identify potential cash shortages or excess cash positions and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes through cash flow analysis.
  • Oversee payment setup processes, including wire transfers and ACH transactions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of approved payment activities.
  • Administer corporate insurance programs, including renewals, coverage reviews, broker relationships, claims coordination, and cost allocations.
  • Manage corporate travel and expense management platforms, including Motus and Navan.
  • Oversee company credit card programs, including issuance, controls, compliance, and vendor relationships.
  • Develop and maintain treasury policies, internal controls, and procedures.
  • Partner with internal and external auditors as required.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable company policies, banking agreements, and regulatory requirements.
  • Will complete other duties as assigned.

Required Education and/or Experience:

  • Knowledge of ACH, wire transfers, banking platforms, and payment controls.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to interpret financial statements and evaluate financial risks.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
