We are seeking a dynamic Treasury Manager to take ownership of cash flow forecasting, lead strategic banking migrations, and drive key operational enhancements for a rapidly growing national service provider. Working directly alongside top executive leadership and the Director of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in shaping modern treasury operations while laying the groundwork to build out your own team. This position offers a competitive compensation package of up to $170K, strong bonus potential, and a clear trajectory into senior management. Responsibilities:

• Manage corporate daily cash operations, liquidity positioning, and transaction settlements
• Cultivate financial institution partnerships and centralize corporate banking account structures
• Evaluate treasury metrics to identify liquidity trends and capital allocation opportunities
• Construct multi-period revenue, operational expense, and debt amortization forecast models
• Formulate institutional cash management plans, short-term investment vehicles, and hedging strategies
• Deliver comprehensive liquidity reporting packages and risk exposure summaries to executive leadership
• Produce ongoing treasury budget reviews, capital allocation materials, and strategic plans
• Establish robust banking operational policies, security protocols, and internal transaction controls
• Audit corporate treasury workflows to ensure full alignment with financial statutory regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a treasury analyst or manager in corporate treasury operations

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary Range: $140,000–$150,000
• This role is also eligible for various benefits, including: Medical Insurance

Actual base salary will be determined based on an individual's experience, skills, education, certifications, credentials, special skills, accomplishments, and other factors relevant to the position.

This role is based in the Twin Cities. Applicants must currently reside in Minnesota or are planning to relocate to Minnesota in the near future.
