The Role

This is not a role for someone who needs a supervisor. It is a role for someone who IS the expert.

As Treasury Manager, you will own BKV's daily treasury operations — cash positioning, liquidity, payment controls, Letters of Credit, and bank relationships — while driving SAP optimization and building the controls infrastructure that scales with a growing public company. You will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Operations, and you will be the go-to problem solver when things get complex.

What You'll Own

• Daily cash positioning, forecasting, borrowings, and liquidity across the enterprise
• Payment operations (wires, ACH) with strong controls and zero-drama execution
• Bank account management, signatories, and banking relationship value
• Letters of Credit and Parent Guarantees — issuance, renewals, tracking, and compliance
• Treasury implementation, optimization, and automation
• SAP treasury implementation, optimization, and automation
• SOX compliance, audit readiness, and documentation
• Cross-functional partnership with FP&A, Accounting, Tax, Legal, and Operations

What You Bring

• 7–10 years of treasury operations experience — you have done this exact role
• Deep expertise in cash management, controls, and bank operations
• Hands‑on SAP treasury experience strongly preferred
• Energy or capital‑intensive industry background preferred
• Self‑starter: you troubleshoot, you don't wait
