Job summary

Regions Bank in Dallas, Texas seeks a Treasury Management Relationship Manager Associate to partner with TMRMs and prepare for client engagements. You will provide strategic research, financial analysis, and draft proposals to support complex Treasury Management solutions.

You will collaborate with Commercial Relationship Managers and product teams to plan client meetings, develop briefing materials, and deliver insights that help win new business. This role is exempt from overtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Or High School Diploma or GED with 2 years in Treasury Services Sales or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Conducts industry and client research, plus competitor bank information for sales strategy and meeting prep.
• Develops customized pricing proformas for prospect proposals.
• Creates pitch books and presentation materials tailored to client needs.
• Coordinates with TMRMs and Commercial Relationship Managers for client meetings.
• Prepares working capital presentations to identify opportunities to optimize cash flow.
• Responds to ad hoc data requests from TMRMs with analysis and reports.
• Leverages TM solutions knowledge to position appropriate offerings.
• Uses data mining to identify TM opportunities within client portfolios.
• Supports revenue-generating strategies with clients and prospects.
