Job summary

Regions is seeking a Treasury Management Relationship Manager Associate to partner with TMRMs and prepare for client engagements. You will conduct industry and client research, craft pricing proformas, and develop presentation materials to support strategic meetings.

You will collaborate across teams to plan client meetings, analyze working capital needs, and contribute to revenue-generating strategies. This is a full-time role based in Dallas, TX with incentive plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Two years in Treasury Services Sales or related experience if no bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Performs industry and client research to support sales strategies and meetings.
• Develops customized pricing proformas for prospect proposals.
• Creates pitch books and materials tailored to client needs.
• Plans and coordinates client meetings with TMRMs and Commercial Relationship Managers.
• Prepares working capital presentations to identify opportunities to optimize cash flow.
• Responds to data requests from TMRMs and creates presentation materials.
• Leverages TM product knowledge to position suitable solutions during sales.
• Uses data mining to identify TM opportunities in client portfolios.
