Kelly Cincinnati is seeking a Treasury Management Sales Associate to join the Sales Delivery Team. You will assist Treasury Management Officers with client pricing, proposal generation, and portfolio management, helping develop skills toward becoming a Treasury Management Officer.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in banking, strong communication, and a proactive problem-solving mindset. You will work with local/regional teams and support cross-functional deal teams in delivering high-value

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the banking industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated creative problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
• Proven track record of client interaction and proactive solution development.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Project management experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support assigned Treasury Management Officers throughout the sales process, integrating with local/regional teams.
• Engage in client call preparation, proposal generation, relationship reviews, trend and working capital analysis, pricing, and profitability modeling.
• Review and data mine portfolios for revenue enhancement and cross-sell opportunities.
• Manage small sales opportunities, including solution development and follow-up.
• Collaborate with cross-functional deal teams to deliver high-value client solutions.
• Participate in the RFP pricing process, including proformas and modeling.
• Assist with sensitive and escalated customer service and implementation issues.
• Attend prospect and client-facing meetings as appropriate.
