About the Role:

The Treasury Management Sales Analyst (TMA) partners with Treasury Management Sales Consultants (TMC) to support sales activities within community, business banking, and middle market portfolios in assigned regions.

  • Prepare customized sales proposals, account schematics, and proformas. Manage treasury management service agreements and related documentation to promote sales.
  • Collaborate with TMCs, technical consultants, and relationship teams on reviews, analyses, and RFPs.
  • Own post-sale activities including implementation, CRM input, and ensuring solutions are delivered within timeframes and SLAs.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities using needs analysis and bank lead technology.
  • Follow up on sales referrals, resolve problems, and assist clients navigating the bank.
  • Lead post-implementation reviews and report status within 30-90 days, providing sales recommendations.
  • Participate in banker education and other team meetings regularly.
  • Assist with annual re-pricing initiatives and system inputs for exception pricing.
  • Schedule and lead team meetings with TMCs, specialists, and support staff.
  • Ensure compliance with all bank regulations and policies, keeping up-to-date on regulatory changes.
  • May coach or train others and demonstrate Umpqua’s corporate culture.

    About You:
    • H.S. Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s in accounting, finance, or business preferred.
    • 2-4 years of experience in Treasury Management sales/support or related business experience required.
    • Strong knowledge of treasury management processes, products, and related regulations.
    • Excellent communication, customer service, analytical, and organizational skills.
    • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and virtual tools.
    • Interest in developing into a sales contributor.
    • Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
