We are seeking a Treasury Management Product Manager to develop and oversee banking strategies for Treasury Management products, supporting Commercial and Business Banking teams. The role involves creating product roadmaps, developing new features, managing vendor relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading cross-functional teams for product launches.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Setting strategic direction for product lines, ensuring they are competitive, compliant, and profitable.
• Driving growth and profitability, including product feature enhancements and pricing strategies.
• Managing vendor contracts, conducting risk assessments, and evaluating alternative vendors.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and laws.
• Identifying revenue opportunities and managing product profitability.
• Leading product development projects, coordinating with marketing, digital banking, and other stakeholders for successful launches.
• Maintaining knowledge of banking policies, regulations, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Treasury Management or related banking environments.
• 6+ years of supervisory or project leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, regulations, and market trends.
• Excellent communication, project management, and strategic planning skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Project.

Additional Details:

• Travel requirement: approximately 20%
• Salary range: $102,000 – $134,342, plus incentives and benefits.
