• Craft strategies for tailored client solutions and enable a market-leading operation for loans, treasury, and capital markets products.
• Build “always on” technologies to increase profitability and empower associates.
• Reduce operational risks through stronger controls and monitoring of key processes.
• Own the strategy and delivery of new products and features in partnership with technology teams and collaborate with Product, Tech, and Design partners.
