Job summary

Central National Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Operations Specialist to support our commercial customers and Treasury Management team with ACH processing, proofs of authorization, and implementation support. You will also provide ongoing customer assistance and serve as backup for wire processing as needed.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, customer-focused problem solvers who enjoy learning how payments systems work and who can troubleshoot issues while delivering dependable support

Qualifications

• Desire to develop a strong understanding of ACH, Treasury Management products, banking systems, and payment processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• ACH, Treasury Management, or payment operations experience is preferred.
• AAP certification is a plus. Candidates who are not currently AAP certified should be willing to obtain the certification after hire.

Responsibilities

• Process ACH originations, returns, NOCs, exceptions, and transaction research.
• Manage proof of authorization requests, documentation, tracking, and follow-up.
• Ensure ACH activity complies with Nacha rules, OFAC requirements, and internal controls.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with audits and regulatory reviews.
• Provide backup support for wire processing and exceptions as needed.
• Assist customers with service changes, user maintenance, account and limit updates, and other TM requests.
• Implement and support services such as online banking, ACH origination, Remote Deposit Capture, and Positive Pay.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and follow them through to resolution.
• Assist with customer onboarding, training, testing, and documentation.
• Participate in Treasury Management projects, process improvements, and product enhancements.

Description

The Treasury Management Operations Specialist supports our commercial customers and Treasury Management team through ACH processing, ACH returns, proof of Authorization requests, product implementations, and ongoing customer support. This role also assists with special projects and serves as backup for wire processing as needed.

We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and a strong problem solver. The right person will enjoy learning how transactions and systems work, troubleshooting issues, and providing knowledgeable, dependable support to some of our key commercial customers.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

ACH & Payment Operations

• Process ACH originations, returns, NOCs, exceptions, and transaction research.
