Stifel Financial Corp. invites motivated students to join our Treasury Management Intern program in Missouri. You will gain hands-on experience in bank treasury functions, supporting system conversions, data migration, and the rollout of a new treasury platform alongside experienced professionals.

You will learn about bank treasury operations, contribute to various projects, and develop professional skills through trainings and practical assignments designed to enhance your career readiness.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a college degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel for reporting and data handling.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and collaborate with team members.

What You'll Be Doing

Stifel's Bank and Trust companies provide a full range of lending and trust services as an extension of our advisors' relationships with the clients.

As a Treasury Management Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in bank treasury functions that play a crucial role I assisting with system conversions, data migration, and implementation of a new bank treasury platform. The internship will provide a valuable learning experience as you work alongside our team of treasury professionals.

What We're Looking For

• Learn various job functions within the Financial Services industry.
• Apply academic knowledge and learn new skills by contributing to various projects.
• Research various legal, regulatory, and other topics within functional area and industry.
• Attend training and development presentations to enhance professional competencies.
• Assist in preparation of reports.

What You'll Bring

• Learn about various processes and functions within the banking industry and develop professionally by contributing to projects that support the business.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience.
• Ability to combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions.
• Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.

Education & Experience

• Pursing a college degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting or a related field.

Systems & Technology

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
