Seacoast Bank in Fort Lauderdale, FL seeks a Treasury Management Sales Officer to drive deposit growth and fee income through consultative selling. You will work with Commercial Banking partners, RMs, and clients to identify opportunities and deliver tailored treasury solutions.

The role requires 10+ years in treasury or cash management sales, strong financial acumen, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining superior client service.

• 10+ years in direct sales roles in treasury or cash management.
• Strong business and financial acumen aligned to treasury KPIs.
• Builds authentic partnerships with clients and team.
• Able to manage competing priorities with client satisfaction.
• Deep familiarity with global treasury products and trends.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Manage treasury revenue streams and product penetration for assigned RMs.
• Identify and drive opportunities with Commercial Banking partners and clients.
• Lead sales processes to meet quarterly/annual goals.
• Educate clients on treasury product features, benefits and value.
• Prepare sales presentations and pricing proposals; respond to RFPs.
• Coordinate with vendors and Commercial Banking as needed.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and meet performance metrics.
• Provide internal training and guidance to junior TSOs.
• Maintain client focus while understanding bank operations.
• Lead strategic dialogues on client issues and solutions.
• Adhere to Seacoast Bank’s Code of Conduct.
