The position reports to the Director of Treasury Management Product and requires strong knowledge of treasury products, vendor management, and cross-functional leadership to drive profitability

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related work experience in banking or financial services.
• Knowledge of commercial banking, Treasury Management, Merchant Services or Commercial Card.
• Experience in vendor management and coordinating with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Set strategies and goals for identified product areas and monitor profitability.
• Coordinate with Marketing, IT, Operations, vendors, and Sales to deliver product features.
• Support sales staff and customers with solutions for complex client needs.
• Evaluate existing products for competitiveness and opportunities for enhancements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management in product delivery.
