Treasury Management Client Onboarding Specialist

Location: Dallas, Texas

Responsibilities
  • Provide a personalized onboarding experience for Treasury Management clients.
  • Onboard all Treasury products and services accurately and timely for new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with Treasury Sales to identify client needs for new Treasury services.
  • Manage Treasury Management agreements, forms, and offboarding requests.
  • Perform installation, testing, and onboarding support for Treasury Management clients.
  • Schedule and conduct Treasury product training and introduce ongoing support channels.
  • Support new account openings and related documentation processes.
  • Maintain professionalism with clients and colleagues; participate in meetings and training as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; Associate degree or higher preferred.
  • At least 1 year of Treasury Management experience, preferably with commercial accounts.
  • Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Pro, and relevant systems.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with attention to detail and accountability.
  • Availability for local travel (less than 10%).
