Job summary

Fifth Third Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Client Care Advisor II - Enterprise to manage a portfolio of high-revenue clients and serve as the primary TM contact for incident management, analytics, and service delivery.

The role requires strong relationship-building, analytical acumen, and the ability to collaborate with Operations, Product, IT, and Sales to optimize TM solutions for client success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years banking experience preferred, including commercial banking and Treasury Management products/services.
• 3+ years client service experience (phone and face-to-face) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pro-actively manages a portfolio of top-revenue clients and acts as TM relationship ambassador.
• Leverages data analytics to improve retention and deepen client relationships and revenue.
• Lead and mentor junior Client Advisors; manage escalations with minimal oversight.
• Identify opportunities for additional TM services and close or refer as appropriate.
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations to support RFPs and TM reviews.
• Ensure timely client communications and adherence to service level agreements.
