UMB Bank is seeking a Treasury Management and Cards Sales Officer in Wisconsin to grow Treasury Management and Card solutions. You will manage existing clients and develop new relationships, focusing on revenue growth while ensuring risk controls and credit policies are followed.

As a Treasury Management&Cards Sales Officer ,you will be focused on growing Treasury Management and Cards solutions. The Treasury Management & Card Sales Officer (TMCSO) will alsobe responsible formaintainingand cross-selling. This roleis responsible fordirectly and/or indirectly selling andmaintainingdepository accounts, treasury managementservicesand Commercial Card solution sets. The TMCSO partners with internal stakeholders to be the single point of accountability and/oradvisor’sonprospects’and clients’ deposit, treasury management,riskand other company payments needs.They focus on creating and delivering customized client centric solutions through a consultative approach.

You will manageaportfolio of existing clients withfocuson profitable, organic revenue growth and minimizing attrition.
You will manageportfolioof new-to-bank clients withfocuson revenue growth.
You will know and understandbusiness’sorganization, expected activity;identifyand communicate operational credit exposures and other risks.
You will understand treasurymanagementproduct risk and ensure UMB’s credit policies and other risks (e.g., reputational, legal) are adhered to and mitigated.
You willestablishappropriate expectationsfor onboarding including execution of documentation and ensurerampof sold services.
You will conduct independent and codependent sales calls on companies to generate new,high-qualityand profitable Treasury Management and deposit business to achieve or exceed specificyear over yeargrowth goals.
You will take a role inmarketby actively engaging in local industry associations, networking groups and /or community associations.
You willidentifyworking capital efficiency opportunities for a business and deepenrelationshipsaccordingly;ensure business awareness of market and industry trends;identifydissatisfiers and escalates appropriately.
You will identify and refer ancillary business opportunities to appropriate partners.
You will design customer-centric treasury managementsolutions, andprovide consultativeexpertiseon the liquidity management cycle.
You willidentifyboth internal and external prospects; Develop andmaintainrelationships with prospects to profitably expand business.
You will provide thought leadership within and outside market through, but not limited to, hosting corporate events,attendingand speaking at industry conferences, etc.
You will engage with internal marketing in the design of sales collateral and company-sponsored marketing.

You have3+yearsbanking experience with 2+ years in selling or supporting commercial or treasury services.
Youdemonstratetheability to prospect,network& influenceat various levels within a company and with clients – very self-motivated.
You are knowledgeable inTreasury Management products and services, corporate cashflow process.
You are knowledgeable of market/industry trends.
Youdemonstrateexcellent communication skills (written& verbal).
Demonstratesproficiencyin Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
You have a knowledge of credit and operational risk.
You have knowledge of Commercial Payments & Cards.
You have knowledge of TM& card-based applications .
YoupossessaBachelor’sdegree.
You hold one of the following certifications:Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Certified Cash Management (CCM).
You have a strategic sales planning ability to define target markets and strategic sales approaches.
