Job summary

Simmons Bank in Tulsa seeks a Treasury Management Sales professional to develop product knowledge, support pre-call planning, client research, and cross-sell opportunities within the territory.

You will craft proposals, respond to inquiries, and help manage TM relationships, including renewals of limits for RDC and ACH exposure, while collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Minimum 2-5 years of banking experience.
• Treasury management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong TM product background and understand service delivery and applicability to client scenarios.
• Prepare pro-forma pricing and assist with pricing questions and research.
• Support in pre-call planning, client research, and cross-sell identification within the territory.
• Assist with creating sales presentations, RFP responses, and relationship reviews.
• Analyze information and apply critical thinking to design and execute client solutions.
• Interact with clients to gather information and expand relationships.
• Articulate recommendations to customers in response to inquiries.
• Assist with management of TM relationships including renewals of limits for RDC and ACH exposure.
• Other sales or client relationship projects as needed.
