The Treasury Management Advisor II is a financial professional that specializes in providing guidance and support to clients in managing their treasury operations. The incumbent will work closely with businesses and organizations to optimize their cash flow, liquidity, and risk management strategies. Responsibilities include analyzing financial data, developing cash management solutions, recommending investment strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of financial markets, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Performs work that requires analysis of complex information to devise client delivery solutions.
Regularly uses evaluation, judgement, and interpretation to select the right course of action within established guidelines. Works with limited supervision and has work reviewed when necessary.
No direct supervisory responsibilities. May help guide/mentor lower level Treasury Management Advisors.
The associate is responsible for meeting all compliance requirements imposed on First Financial Bank by State and Federal law and regulation, as well as all related First Financial Bank policies and procedures. This includes all Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, OFAC and Suspicious Activity reporting requirements, as well as all other lending and deposit compliance requirements.
Pay Range: $74,000.00/year - $100,000.00/year
