Job summary

MFA Incorporated is seeking a treasury leader to oversee daily cash, liquidity management, and debt administration. You will manage CoBank and banking relationships, cash forecasting, and bond program oversight. The role requires accounting expertise and strong collaboration with finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• CPA preferred.
• 5-7 years progressive accounting, audit, treasury, or finance experience required.
• Experience analyzing balance sheet accounts, performing account reconciliations, and evaluating financial statement relationships required.
• Experience working with commercial lending relationships, debt agreements, treasury operations, or cash management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of daily cash positioning, liquidity requirements, and funding strategies.
• Oversee cash forecasting and liquidity management.
• Serve as relationship manager with CoBank and other financial institutions.
• Coordinate lender reporting requirements and bond program oversight.
• Supervise staff handling day-to-day bond administration and treasury accounting.
