Job summary

Mesh Connect is seeking a senior treasury professional to manage daily cash and liquidity across bank accounts, customer funds, custodians, and wallets. You will forecast liquidity needs by product and corridor, run pre-funding and settlements, and partner with Engineering and Product to build scalable liquidity systems.

You will review terms of new deals, monitor incentive spend, and maintain investment policies with the CFO, delivering timely month-end statements and cash forecasts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in treasury or payment operations at a payments company or money transmitter.
• Hands-on experience with fiat and stablecoin money movement.
• Experience building automated treasury or liquidity systems with engineers.
• Familiarity with investment policy and controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash and liquidity across bank accounts, customer funds, custodians and wallets.
• Run pre-funding and settlement lines with liquidity partners.
• Build automated liquidity management system with Engineering and Product.
• Review money-movement terms of new deals before signature.
• Track incentive and subsidy spend against approved limits.
• Fund settlements with banks and partners on their cycles.
• Handle daily exception queue of transfers and deposits with root cause.
• Conduct source-of-funds reviews for large trades.
• Invest corporate cash under approved policy.
• Shape investment policy and crypto signing matrix with CFO.
• Provide month-end statements for balances.
• Maintain 13-week cash forecast with Strategic Finance.
