Job summary

Pacific Life in Charlotte, NC is seeking an AVP, Corporate Cash Management to lead enterprise cash management, liquidity and funding strategies in a regulated environment. You will oversee daily cash positioning, forecasting and intercompany funding while partnering with Investments and senior leadership.

You will manage banking connectivity, treasury controls and modernization initiatives across SWIFT, APIs, ACH, RTP and wires.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Corporate Treasury experience in a large, complex organization.
• 5+ years leading teams in treasury or related area.
• Deep experience in cash management, liquidity, short-term borrowing and investments, banking, and payments.
• Knowledge of borrowing facilities, counterparty risk, ICFR and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with banking connectivity and Treasury Management Systems (FIS Integrity, Kyriba, SAP).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CTP designation required or to be obtained in first 6 months.
• Strong executive communication, analytical, leadership and change-management capabilities.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or a regulated industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily cash positioning, liquidity management, cash forecasting, working capital and intercompany funding.
• Develop and execute short-term funding strategies and manage big programs (CP $2B+, FHLB lending $9B, two $500M repurchase programs).
• Oversee short-term investment of surplus cash in partnership with Investments.
• Lead banking relationships, bank account governance and payments operations (SWIFT, APIs, ACH, RTP, wires).
• Strengthen treasury controls, SOX/ICFR compliance and cyber resilience.
• Drive automation and modernization across cash forecasting, payments, reporting, analytics and Treasury Management Systems.
• Build and develop a high-performing treasury team and partner with senior leaders and external banks.
