Qualifications

• Supervisory and office management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee county investment portfolio and prepare annual budget forecasts.
• Manage treasury functions: tax billing, tax collection, cash disbursements, and tax settlements.
• Coordinate tax settlements with taxing districts and respond to taxpayer inquiries.
• Supervise treasury staff and assist with year-end accounting for audits.
