Job summary

National Life Group offers a 10-week paid Treasury internship designed to give you exposure to the breadth of Treasury functions, including cash management and reporting. The role is onsite with core days Monday through Thursday, four days in the office, with schedule changes possible at management discretion.

You will process cash equivalents, reconcile deposits, validate procedures with the Treasury team, and support ongoing initiatives while potentially shadowing the Cash Manager and engaging

Qualifications

• Proficient with MS Office tools
• Good financial and business acumen
• Coursework in Finance or Business administration a plus

Responsibilities

• Process incoming cash equivalents.
• Complete daily deposits by reconciling bank statements and uploading deposits into National Life’s ledger.
• Collaborate with the Treasury team in validating documented processes and providing appropriate updates as identified.
• Support ongoing Treasury initiatives that may require collaboration with other business areas.
• Shadow the Cash Manager on the cash management process.
