Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Financial Services, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Treasury, Risk, Audit, Regulatory Affairs, or Governance in a regulated financial institution.
• Demonstrated success building or managing governance structures and engaging with regulators.

Responsibilities

• Establish and own a comprehensive Treasury governance framework across all activities.
• Lead external regulator interactions and examinations.
• Coordinate governance routines with enterprise risk, compliance, and audit.
• Oversee IDI resolution and contingency planning components.
• Drive Treasury 2028 change agenda and cross-functional workstreams.
• Build and lead a small, flexible governance team as it scales.
