Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis is seeking an Enterprise Architect to guide treasury enterprise architecture, establish standards, and drive scalable, secure cloud solutions.

You will partner with stakeholders to align technology with business goals and lead innovative architectural patterns in a regulated environment. The role requires deep TOGAF knowledge, AWS expertise, and a track record of cross‑functional influence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• 10+ years of enterprise architecture, solution design and large‑scale technology implementations in complex, highly regulated environments.
• Deep understanding of modern technology stacks, cloud platforms (AWS preferred), data governance and enterprise software solutions.
• Expertise in architectural frameworks such as TOGAF.
• Knowledge of cyber security controls in GovCloud environments and AWS security architecture.
• Proven ability to lead through influence and deliver results in cross‑functional settings.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Treasury portfolio in system workgroups and establish effective frameworks for communication and cloud‑oriented roadmaps.
• Translate enterprise technical decisions and develop forward‑looking roadmaps aligned to business outcomes.
• Lead technical discussions, create communities of practice, and mentor staff.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Technology Leaders, developers and business users to design and deliver cloud solutions.
• Demonstrate strong decision‑making to manage conflicting priorities and ensure timelines.
• Ensure robust security protocols in partnership with Information Security.
• Provide data‑driven leadership using metrics and dashboards.
