Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Treasury experience.
• Direct experience managing custody and trust accounts.
• Strong understanding of liquidity management and treasury operations.
• Experience with custodians, trustees, and banking partners.
• Leadership experience and ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day treasury operations with a focus on safeguarding cash and investments.
• Manage banking relationships, custodians, trustees, and external partners.
• Oversee collateral management, funding activities, and liquidity forecasting.
• Monitor credit facilities, pledged collateral, borrowing capacity, and capital deployment.
• Partner with Finance, Investments, Accounting, Risk, and Legal to support treasury initiatives.
• Assist with treasury technology initiatives and automation of reporting.
• Support executive reporting for senior leadership, Board materials, regulators.
