Anthropic is seeking a Director, Investments & Liquidity to join our Treasury team. This is a foundational role on a quickly growing Treasury team. As we experience exponential growth, you will be instrumental in ensuring optimal capital allocation, protecting our financial assets, and establishing the policies and infrastructure needed to support our expanding global operations.
The work spans strategy and execution: owning the capital planning framework and investment policy, standing up in-house trading infrastructure, and overseeing external managers. Reporting to the Head of Investments & Markets, you will partner closely with teams across Finance, Legal, and Accounting to achieve these objectives.
You will build AI-native investment workflows: apply AI tools to portfolio analytics, manager and counterparty monitoring, IPS compliance, interest income forecasting, and executive reporting, partnering with Finance, Engineering, Data, and FinSys, with controls, documentation, and auditability built in.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary: $230,000 — $300,000 USD
