Job summary

General Atlantic is seeking a Treasury professional at the Senior Associate or Director level to drive firm‑ and fund‑level financing, liquidity planning, and risk management in a fast‑paced investment environment.

You will engage in financing strategy, lender negotiations, foreign currency risk management, and cross‑functional collaboration with capital markets, legal, and finance teams. This role offers ownership opportunities and requires strong analytical rigor.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in Banking: Fund Finance, Sponsor Coverage or Capital Markets
• Experience with debt financing structures and capital markets products
• Experience analyzing credit agreements and financing documentation

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee firm‑level and fund‑level financing facilities, including credit lines and subscription facilities
• Support negotiation and execution of financing transactions with lenders and internal stakeholders
• Ensure covenant compliance and reporting across financing arrangements
• Gather compliance certificates, borrowing base reports, and lender deliverables
• Analyze liquidity needs and assist with cash forecasting
• Execute and monitor foreign currency transactions and hedging strategies
• Monitor interest rate and FX risk exposure and support mitigation initiatives
• Maintain relationships with banking partners and financial institutions
• Support strategic treasury initiatives and capital structure optimization
• Assist with documentation, internal controls, and treasury process improvements
