Job summary

Orgill, Inc. is seeking a Treasury Director responsible for overseeing cash management operations and enhancing treasury functions across its operations. This key leadership role will develop cash forecasting models and optimize Treasury Management Systems.

The ideal candidate will lead a high-performing team and manage critical banking relationships, ensuring strong internal controls and disciplined financial execution to support Orgill's strategic growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a CTP or similar Treasury designation is preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in treasury, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proficiency in Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and in ERPs (Oracle preferred).

Responsibilities

• Direct daily cash positioning and manage credit facility usage to ensure operational funding.
• Develop and manage short and long-term cash flow projections and variance analyses.
• Lead activities related to existing and new debt facilities including management and execution.
