Fortna is seeking a motivated Treasury Director in Atlanta, GA to oversee treasury operations, cash management, and liquidity planning for project-based work. The role reports to senior finance leadership and partners with cross-functional teams to optimize working capital.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in treasury, financial risk management, and leadership, with experience managing bank relationships and implementing treasury processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field is required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in treasury management in a project-based environment.
• Strong knowledge of cash management, liquidity planning, and financial risk management.
• Proficiency with financial software and systems; advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily treasury operations including invoicing and payments.
• Develop cash management strategies to optimize liquidity.
• Create and maintain liquidity models for funding requirements.
• Prepare regular cash flow, liquidity, and risk reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Continuously improve treasury processes, systems, and controls.
